We operate under Egypt's Labor Law No. 14 of 2025, international recruitment standards, and the ILO Domestic Workers Convention (C189).
Our entities include:

- Care Comm-Unity – social impact and worker protection programs
- Diamond Alliance Services – compliance and cross-border agency operations management
We collect the following types of information related to agencies:
a. Agency Data
- Agency name, registration number, license number, and establishment date
- Contact information: email, phone number, and address
- Active branch details and number of affiliated workers
b. Affiliated Worker Data
- Personal data of workers managed by the Agency on the platform
- Documents, certifications, and employment records
- Performance records, attendance, and payment history
c. Operational Data
- Booking records, gig assignments, and replacement requests
- E-Contract records and payment transactions
- Dispute records and resolutions
As an Agency, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring accuracy and currency of affiliated worker data
- Obtaining explicit consent from workers before sharing their data
- Complying with local data protection laws
- Reporting any data breaches or security issues
- Maintaining confidentiality of worker and employer data
Your data may be shared only with:
- Authorized employers – for legitimate job placements and bookings
- Government labor authorities and embassies – for verification, oversight, or dispute resolution
- Cloud and analytics providers – for secure data hosting and performance monitoring
- Legal partners – when required for legal compliance
All third-party partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection laws.
Because Jobza operates across multiple countries, your data may be transferred outside your home country. We ensure all cross-border transfers comply with:
- The Egyptian Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020)
- GDPR principles for users in the EU
- Applicable bilateral labor agreements
We retain data only for as long as necessary:
- Active accounts: until deactivation or closure
- Compliance and legal records: up to 7 years (as required by labor law)
- Analytics and logs: anonymized after 12 months
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
- Object to processing or request data portability
- File a complaint with the Egyptian Data Protection Authority or relevant local regulator
